Piers is a Mercury Adept from Lemuria. His age is unknown, although he has the appearance of a teenager. When Poseidon caused a tidal wave to surge out of Lemuria, Piers was carried out on his ship and he washed up on shore near Madra. After a brief stint in jail, when accused of being one of the Champa, Piers joined Felix's party in Kibombo to recover his black orb. Afterwards, Piers decided to journey with Felix, Jenna, Sheba and Kraden, allowing them to use his ship so that they could light the remaining Elemental Lighthouses.
